Crew Truck Driver Job Duties included but not limit to:

• Safely drive and operate crew truck at all times.
• Drives to and from crew changes, as needed. 
• Delivers groceries and supplies to vessels, as needed. 
• Responsible to keep crew truck cleaned and serviced. 
• Enforces company policies during crew changes. 
• Reviews on-going crewman credentials during crew change. 
• Checks crewman's PPE buckets.
• Perform other job duties assigned by the Personnel Department.  
• Adhere to and comply with company policies and regulated traffic laws.

Experienced Deckhand Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Safely secure barges with cables, wires, and lines while being environmentally conscious.
• Handle lines and rigging during tow building, locking, and docking activities.
• Must be able to perform all duties necessary to navigate locks.
• Inspect, correct if possible, and notify the Captain of any conditions, which will affect the safety of the tow or tug.
• Assist with the training of newly hired employees.
• Upkeep of vessel appearance includes washing, chipping, and painting.
• Daily vessel housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, and cleaning crew living quarters)
• Adhere to and comply with company policies, United States Coast Guard, and environmental regulations.

Tankerman job duties include but not limited to:

• Prepare barges that are assigned to his boat for safe and complete loading or discharging of oil, refined, and petrochemical cargoes, and/or vapor recovery.
• Responsible for making certain that any and all federal and state required documents that must accompany the barges is on board and in proper order. 
  
• Communicates with dock personnel and insure that each person participating in the transfer of product understands what the product is and how it should be transferred and protected. 
  
• Performs maintenance of the boat and barges
• Helps with training of employees aspiring to become a Tankerman.
• Handles lines and rigging during tow building, fleeting, locking and docking activities.
• Ensures barges are moored safely, prior to commencing any transfers, and monitors/adjusts mooring lines throughout transfer.
• Monitors tank level, void spaces, alarms, barge drafts, and tank level indicators during cargo operations.
• Adhere to and comply with company policies, United States Coast Guard, and environmental polices.

Wheelman job duties include but not limited to:

• Navigates in rivers or canals. Uses steering controllers, throttles, radar compass, short-wave radio, depth finder, loud hailer, and other equipment to transport tow to a destination.
• Uses radio communication and vision to navigate waterways, docks, locks, and other vessel traffic.
• Trains and supervises the crew in a safe and efficient performance of duties.
• Evaluates performance of all crew members.
• Acts as company representative in the day to day dealings with customers at their facilities and with representatives of governmental agencies.
• Adheres to company policies, United States Coast Guard, and environmental regulations.
• Ensures safe working conditions and orderliness of the vessel.
• Acts as the on-site coordinator in emergency situations.
• Maintains routine maintenance of the vessel.
